Ukrainian citizens are allowed to enter the country visa-free, but only on the basis of a valid biometric passport, for a maximum of 90 days in any 180-day period. The Ukrainian government has announced a general mobilization of all men aged 18 - 60. Border guards are not allowing men of this age to cross the border at this time

Train operators from Germany, Poland, Hungary, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland and Lithuania have announced that refugees from Ukraine can travel for free. Also, a train service by the Czech RegioJet in cooperation with Ukrainian Railways will run to Czech Republic, the companies announced on Monday.
